Most feedback dies at "Click here to take our survey."

Every click, page load and extra question loses people. Across 25 million ecommerce survey invitations sent in 2025, email surveys averaged a 3.24% response rate.¹ The people you most need to hear from never reach question one.

¹ Retently, State of Survey Response Rates, 2026.

One question. One click. Real answers.

  1. 1

    Write your question.

Pick a format: Faces, Yes / No, a 1–5 List, or Open text, edit your survey and copy HTML optimized for email.

  2. 2

    Drop it into an email.

Paste it into any message you send from Gmail or Outlook. Add an optional follow-up question if you want a little more.

  3. 3

    They tap, you know.

Recipients confirm their answer on a short page, answer the follow-up if they like, and results land in your dashboard.

Asking in the email works.
The research says so.

In a peer-reviewed randomized experiment, putting the first question inside the email raised click-through from 26.2% to 32.0% and completion from 24.4% to 29.1%, without changing how people answered.² An independent replication found invitees were more than twice as likely to start.³

Shorter surveys get more starts, more completions and better answers near the end.⁴

+22%
click-through when the question is in the email

Votes from people, not security scanners.

Corporate email security tools can open the links in a message, and one-click surveys may count those as answers. One Question keeps them apart: every click is saved as provisional, and only becomes confirmed when someone deliberately taps Confirm.

  • • A Confirm step that scanners don't press, and that lets people fix a mis-tap
  • • Confirmed and provisional counts side by side, never silently dropped

Built for the moments that matter.

Questions

Will it land in spam?
The survey is plain HTML links, no forms, scripts or attachments, so it carries no more risk than any other link in your email.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Nobody needs an account or a login to answer.
Does it work in Outlook?
Yes. Buttons are built with table layouts and inline styles, and we support pasting into Gmail and Outlook.
What if someone clicks the wrong option?
They can change their choice on the confirm page before tapping Confirm.
Can I ask a follow-up?
Yes. Add one optional follow-up question. It appears after the first answer is confirmed, so the main answer is always saved first.
Are answers anonymous?
Yes. Answers aren't tied to a person's name or email address.
Is one question enough?
For a specific experience, an order, an event, a quick check-in, usually yes. For research that needs to explain why, use a full survey alongside it.
What counts as a response?
Only confirmed responses: a recipient taps an answer and then taps Confirm. Clicks that are never confirmed, like those from email security scanners, don't count.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Your survey keeps working and every response is saved. You'll just need to upgrade to see the ones over your limit.
Can I add teammates?
Free and Solo are single-user. Contact us about Pro for teams and higher volumes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Solo until the end of your billing period, then move to Free.
